The Role
- Artisanal Craft: Prepare dough and pizzas according to our authentic Neapolitan recipes and presentation standards.
- Kitchen Mastery: Ensure smooth and efficient operation during busy service periods, managing everything from prep to the final bake.
- Standards: Maintain high levels of cleanliness, manage stock deliveries, and ensure every takeaway or delivery order is packed to perfection.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively within the vibrant Market Kitchen environment to deliver a top-tier guest experience.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Pizza Chef is preferred.
- Specialism: A strong working knowledge of Neapolitan-style pizza (handling high-hydration dough and wood/stone ovens) is a major advantage.
- Pressure: Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced "theatre" kitchen environment.
- Flexibility: Available to work a variety of shifts (6, 8, or 10 hours) per the weekly rota.
