Position: Compliance Officer

As a Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our company operates with integrity, transparency, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure that The Theodoros Group meets all regulatory requirements.
2. Monitor and assess ongoing business activities to identify potential compliance risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
3. Conduct regular compliance audits to assess the effectiveness of policies and procedures, and make recommendations for improvement.
4. Collaborate with all departments to provide advice and guidance on compliance-related matters and act as a subject matter expert on compliance issues.
5. Stay updated on changes to applicable laws and regulations and communicate any changes or updates to relevant stakeholders.
6. Develop and deliver compliance training to all employees to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance policies and procedures.
7. Investigate and resolve any compliance-related complaints or concerns raised by employees, customers, or external stakeholders.
8. Maintain accurate and timely records of compliance-related activities and prepare reports for management as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
3. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations and experience in interpreting and implementing them in a corporate environment.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
6. Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a complex and fast-paced environment.
7. Proven track record of successfully managing compliance-related projects and initiatives.
8. Strong ethical standards and integrity with a commitment to upholding the company's values and principles.
