We are looking for an experienced Payroll administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team in Cumbernauld.
This is a key role within William Grant & Sons, an independent, family-owned business. We are proud to be home to some of the world’s most iconic spirits – including Glenfiddich, The Balvenie, Hendrick’s Gin and Reyka Vodka, we are a company that combines tradition, innovation and a strong sense of community.
If you are detail-driven, proactive and passionate about delivering great service and want to be part of a business that values its people as much as its heritage, we would love to hear from you.
You are an experienced, enthusiastic and approachable payroll professional who takes pride in delivering accurate and compliant payrolls every time.
You will bring:
-
Solid end-to-end payroll experience ideally within a large or complex organisation.
-
Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation
-
Global payroll knowledge and an understanding payroll processes and compliance (including Republic of Ireland) or a strong willingness to train and develop.
-
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisation under tight deadlines.
-
Great communication skills and a supportive, team-focused approach.
-
Confidence using excel for reporting, analysis and reconciliations.
-
A proactive attitude and genuine interest in improving processes.
A payroll qualification would be a bonus – but your proven experience and positive, can-do mindset matter most.
