We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor - Painting and Decorating .
This will be a self employed / subcontractor role.
Responsibilities
- Supervising painting and decorating works across multiple sites.
- Managing labour and monitoring programs, productivity and to quality standards.
- Ensuring full Health and Safety compliance. (Supervisor level)
- Conducting toolbox talks and site briefings.
- Managing materials and resource allocation.
- Resolving site issues quickly and professionally
Training / Experience Required:
- 10 years experience in painting and decorating.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Confident managing site documentation and reporting.
- Experience in new build as well as refurbishment works.
- Full driving licence.
- CSCS card.
- NVQ level 2 or above.
- SSSTS or SMSTS.
Pay: From £200.00 per day
