The Administrative / Sulptors Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office and help with workshop and practical duties which may involve going on site to help other staff members. This role involves handling a variety of tasks and working closely with staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls.
- Act as the point of contact for customers.
- Produce quotes and invoices.
- Write and distribute email correspondence and letters.
- Maintain a filing system.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Help in the workshop when required with practical work.
- Help on site when required with practical work.
Requirements:
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like computers, printers ect.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application such as Word and Excel.
- Graphic design experience would be desirable but not essential.
- Sales experience would be an advantage.
- Ability to work alongside staff with practical duties in workshop and on site which will include heavy lifting on occasions.
