About BHP Maintenance
BHP Maintenance delivers reactive maintenance and planned works across London and the South East.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to help us build a reliable network of plumbers, electricians, multi-traders, roofers and subcontractors across London and the South East. This is a hands-on recruitment role focused on sourcing skilled tradespeople rather than corporate recruitment.
This role goes beyond simply filling vacancies. Once operatives have joined BHP, you'll continue to build relationships with them, maintain our workforce database, monitor their availability and help ensure we always have the right tradespeople ready to support upcoming work.
Rather than recruiting continuously, you'll balance recruitment with workforce coordination, working closely with our Operations team to ensure the right people are available for every job while continuing to grow our network where skill shortages exist.
If you enjoy speaking with people, staying organised and taking ownership of your work, we'd like to hear from you.
