Responsibilities
- Oversee daily school operations, ensuring all activities align with educational standards and policies
- Coordinate schedules for staff, students, and special events to maximize efficiency and engagement
- Manage student enrollment, attendance records, and disciplinary procedures with transparency and fairness
- Support teaching staff by facilitating communication between teachers, parents, and administration
- Maintain accurate records of school activities, budgets, and compliance documentation
- Lead efforts in creating a safe, inclusive environment that encourages student achievement and well-being
- Assist in organizing professional development opportunities for staff to enhance teaching quality
Qualifications
- Proven experience in educational settings with a strong understanding of school administration processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering collaboration and motivation
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, parents, and community partners
- Knowledge of teaching methodologies is highly desirable to support instructional initiatives
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and problem-solve proactively
