Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Executive to support the continued growth of our VEW brand from TLW Global . This is a varied, hands-on role that will work closely with the current Marketing Manager and Commercial Director lead, Sales Team and Product Team to deliver marketing to strengthen our brand presence and support sales growth across multiple sectors.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both creative marketing and practical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company websites with new products, news and case studies. (Coding experience would be an advantage)
- Create and schedule engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
- Develop marketing literature including brochures, flyers, presentations and product catalogues.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Produce email marketing campaigns and analyse performance.
- Work with external agencies on digital marketing, SEO and paid advertising.
- Support the sales team with presentations, customer proposals and marketing materials.
- Assist with exhibition planning, customer events and product launches.
- Create photography and video content where appropriate.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications.
- Measure campaign performance and provide monthly reports with recommendations
- interact with Company and customer Social Media posts and monitor trends and competitors and create analytical data
.Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design software.
- Experience using WordPress or other CMS platforms is desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong organisational skills.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude.
Desirable
- Experience within manufacturing, electrical, lighting or construction sectors.
- Photography or video editing skills.
- Knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms.
