Role Overview
Responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue across our hospitality venues through social media, email marketing, website management, and influencer partnerships. This role develops and delivers integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen brand presence, grow audiences, and enhance guest experiences both online and in-venue. The Digital Marketing Executive will take ownership of marketing initiatives from concept through execution and evaluation, proactively identifying opportunities and driving projects independently. The role requires a high degree of initiative and accountability, with responsibility for delivering measurable results and improving marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Create content and manage all social media activity across the group.
Plan, schedule, and publish content across relevant social platforms in line with brand standards.
Build and maintain a centralised content library
Manage influencer partnerships and paid/organic influencer campaigns.
Monitor community engagement and brand reputation across social channels.
Produce monthly performance reports on social media statistics
Help with social media strategy creation
Email Marketing
Manage email marketing campaign creation
Report on campaign performance
Website Management & SEO
Maintain and update venue websites to ensure content accuracy and consistency. Coordinate promotional landing pages, event listings, and seasonal campaign updates. Implement SEO best practices on website backend to improve search visibility and website performance
Brand Marketing & Activations
Plan and execute influencer events in partnership with brands from concept to end.
Develop and deliver consumer-facing experiences and events such as workshops, masterclasses and seasonal activations
Coordinate event promotion across digital and social channels.
Produce post-event reports evaluating performance, reach, engagement, and ROI for the brands involved
Attend relevant brand events to create content and build relationships with influencers and brand partners.
Christmas and Calendar event planning
Coordinate event logistics, resources, and stakeholder engagement to support recurring annual and seasonal events (e.g. Christmas & Freshers Week)
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
