About Dews Coaches
Dews Coaches is a long-established family-run coach and bus operator with a strong reputation for reliability, customer service and professionalism.
The business operates a wide range of services including private hire, school transport, corporate travel, tours, day trips and local bus services. As the business continues to grow and evolve, we are looking to strengthen our commercial and customer-focused activity by introducing a dedicated Sales Representative.
This is a brand-new position designed to help drive sales growth, improve conversion of enquiries, strengthen customer relationships and support the ongoing development of the business.
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to proactively generate, pursue and convert sales opportunities, build long term customer relationships and drive revenue growth across the business.
This is not an administration role. We are looking for somebody who naturally takes ownership, enjoys building relationships, follows opportunities through properly and actively looks for ways to grow the business.
The successful candidate will play a key role in improving enquiry conversion, customer retention, repeat business and brand visibility, whilst also supporting the company’s social media and marketing presence in an authentic and commercially effective way.
The role will support the business in building stronger commercial relationships, developing new opportunities and ensuring Dews Coaches continues to grow proactively within an increasingly competitive market.
