Job Overview
We are looking for Factory Process Operatives to join our Operations team and support the safe, efficient processing of raw materials on site. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment where safety, teamwork and high operational standards are essential.
You will help maintain a clean, compliant and well‑organised factory, ensuring all activities are carried out responsibly and in line with company procedures. Daily tasks will be allocated by the Team Leader, and you will be expected to work proactively and demonstrate the behaviours of the St1 Spirit — Curious, Committed, Caring and Commercial.
Key Accountabilities
- Working safely and following all site procedures
- Completing accurate goods‑in and operational paperwork
- Testing inbound materials against agreed specifications
- Maintaining high hygiene and GMP standards
- Minimising waste and supporting recycling processes
- Demonstrating St1 Spirit behaviours in all aspects of your work
What You’ll Do
- Safely fill storage tanks with raw materials
- Dispense used oil product into containers efficiently and responsibly
- Load and unload vehicles
- Test inbound materials in line with SOPs
- Operate plant and equipment safely
- Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments
- Wash, inspect and record receptacle quality
- Maintain PPE to required standards
- Report breakdowns, faults or issues promptly
- Take ownership of your development and appraisal actions
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a processing or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of the oil and gas industry (desirable)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced setting
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid FLT licence (desirable)
