About the Role:
Toyota Attleborough is looking for someone to join our Aftersales team as a Parts Advisor.
The role involves understanding our workshop and trade customers’, providing quotes and availability of stock and accessories vie email, telephone face to face and electronic VHC System, through to ordering parts, monitoring and maintaining stock levels, and completing any relevant admin and claims processes.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused with a friendly, driven personality to provide excellent service to all our Aftersales customers and support to our Service Consultants.
Our Parts Advisors work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm with an hour lunch break, and Saturday 8am to 12pm on a rotational basis (1 in 2).
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and build a rapport to qualify customer needs
- Provide quotes on price and availability of parts stock and accessories to suit customer needs
- Encourage sale of genuine parts and accessories
- Maintain stock levels
- Liaise with Service Consultants and Vehicle Technicians to order parts for workshop jobs
- Work as a full member of the dealership team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous parts experience is preferrable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Enthusiastic and pro-active approach
- Ability to use own initiative and problem solve to create customer satisfaction
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems
- Team player with a positive and adaptable attitude
- Full UK driving licence
