Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in the presentation to ensure visual appeal
- Take orders from customers, serve food and beverages efficiently, and handle payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Support with stock replenishment and inventory checks as needed
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service
- Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience during busy periods
Skills
- Experience in food preparation or restaurant service is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers courteously
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance
- Organisational skills to maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and efficient workflow
