Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of beauty treatments including eyelash extensions, makeup application, deep tissue massages, barbering services, and skincare therapies.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
- Manage front desk operations by greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries with excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote services, share updates, and engage with the community to attract new clients.
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Assist in managing appointments efficiently and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Skills
- Strong management skills to oversee daily salon operations and team coordination.
- Proficiency in social media management for marketing purposes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
