Site Operative
Due to continuous expansion, we are in the position to offer the opportunity for someone to join our team at Scotland's first industrial scale rubber recycling facility. This is a fulltime position working 2 weeks of day shift then 1 week of nightshift on a rotation.
Role Description:
- Manually loading and baling of end-of-life tyres
- Removal of rims from end-of-life tyres
- Meeting daily production targets efficiently
- Unloading of company vehicles
- General housekeeping
*No experience necessary as training will be provided*
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Ability to travel to and from the depot in Motherwell without difficulty as good time keeping is a must!
- Organised, Safety conscious, physically fit, Motivated and the ability to work towards targets and meet tight deadlines.
- Awareness of how to operate safely and efficiently in a large industrial enviroment.
- Willingness to learn as support and training will be given to the right candidate to further develop skills.
Working hours:
7am-4pm Day shift
8pm-7am Night shift
Pay: £13.00-£14.21 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
