Candidate requirements:
Automotive experience required - either a current service advisor looking for a fresh start or someone looking to move from the workshop to a customer facing roll.
Must have good communication skills and can confidently explain vehicle repairs and costs to customers.
As a service advisor you will be the point of contact between the customer and technicians. Working closely with the other service team members your duties will include: Booking in customers vehicles into the workshop diary via phone and email, vehicle hand over at the beginning and end of day, communicating customer and vehicle needs to the workshop team, raising jobsheets/quotations/invoices, liaising with the workshop team to keep the customer informed at all times and ensuring timely completion or work.
