We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and effectively.
- Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for travel between locations.
- Customer service experience is beneficial, showcasing the ability to engage positively with clients.
