About the Role
ParcFarm Holiday Park is seeking a hardworking, practical and self-motivated Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician.
This is hands-on role where no two days are the same. We are looking for someone with strong carpentry skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and the initiative to identify and resolve maintenance issues quickly and effectively.
The successful candidate will take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, be able to work efficiently and consistently maintain the high standards expected across our holiday park, caravan sales stock and hire fleet.
Experience working within a holiday park, or similar environment would be highly advantageous, as would previous experience maintaining holiday caravans, lodges or hire fleet accommodation.
Applicants to have their own tools suitable for carrying out carpentry, joinery and general maintenance .
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out snagging, repairs and general maintenance on holiday accommodation and caravan sales stock.
- Undertake a wide variety of carpentry and joinery work, including repairs and decking installations.
- Complete basic plumbing and general maintenance tasks as required.
- Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance issues reported by reception and park management.
- Maintain public facilities, including the swimming pool, clubhouse and amenity buildings.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
- Essential Skills & Attributes
- Strong carpentry and joinery skills with proven practical experience.
- Self-motivated, reliable and capable of working independently.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards throughout the park.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Sound understanding of Health & Safety requirements within a maintenance environment.
