We are looking to fill a variety of kitchen roles, ranging from Kitchen Assistant to Head Chef available on full or part time basis at Chanonry Point Bar and Bistro at Fortrose and Rosemarkie Golf Club and also Montgomerie Bar and Restaurant located within Inverurie Golf Club and Skerries View Restaurant at Moray Golf Club. The successful candidates will be an important member of the team as we deliver the varied needs of the membership on a daily basis, as well as our many events and functions throughout the year. Experience in a busy kitchen and the ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own will be beneficial but full training can be given to the right candidates. You will be reliable, hard working, able to work accurately under pressure and have a positive can do attitude.
Duties will include;
Preparing and cooking all menu items.
Follow recipe and presentation specs.
Assisting with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen equipment.
Maintaining a clean work station whilst adhering to health and safety standards.
Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards.

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
