Key Requirements
- Proven experience in hard landscaping construction
- Experience with paving, decking, fencing, brickwork and driveway installations
- Competent operating excavators/diggers and other plant machinery
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise work on site

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Landscaping Foreman to join our growing team, delivering high-end landscaping projects across Oxfordshire.
This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example, overseeing landscaping projects while carrying out high-quality installation work. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the exceptional standards our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support landscaping teams on site
- Carry out all aspects of hard landscaping, including:
- Paving
- Decking
- Fencing
- Brickwork
- Driveway installations
- Operate excavators, diggers and other plant machinery safely
- Plan daily work activities and ensure projects run to schedule
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and site organisation
- Ensure tools, equipment and company vehicles are used and maintained correctly
- Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues
Essential Requirements
- Proven hard landscaping construction experience
- Experience with paving, decking, fencing, brickwork and driveways
- Competent operating diggers and plant machinery
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to lead projects and work independently
- Reliable, organised and motivated
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
