Location: Projects are normally within 1 hour 40 minutes of PE10

The Opportunity
Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects from inception through to completion. Working across a varied portfolio of domestic projects, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Project Managers are typically responsible for coordinating programmes, budgets, subcontractors, resources and client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple building construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Produce and manage project programmes and schedules.
- Coordinate labour allocation and subcontractor resources.
- Monitor project budgets, costs and progress.
- Liaise with clients, architects, consultants and contractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely and in line with current Building Regulations and Health & Safety legislation.
- Carry out regular site visits and monitor quality standards.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- A strong background delivering domestic or commercial building projects.
- Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- A full UK driving licence.
