Consarc Engineering Ltd provides a comprehensive service and product range of vacuum furnaces for advanced material processing. Together with a recognised range of standard products, we have more than 60 years’ experience in supplying custom-built equipment to suit highly specialised or individual requirements. We now seek a CNC Miller / Hurco Operator (3 and 4 axis) to join our team based in Eurocentral, Holytown.
The successful candidate must have experience of conversational programming using Hurco Winmax 5 software. Interesting and varied range of work, duties include -
- Manufacturing of components, to fine tolerances, in a range of steels, brass, bronze, graphite, plastic etc to engineering drawings.
- Working with the manufacturing team to problem solve and manufacture solutions from these discussions.
- Carry out self-inspection of parts manufactured.
- Keep machine shop clean and tidy at all times.
- Carry out incoming materials inspection when required.
