Business Support Coordinator / Graduate Coordinator (Fixed-Term – 6 months)

We're looking for a highly organised Business Support Coordinator to join our small team on a fixed-term contract. This is a varied role offering exposure across Sales, Operations, Finance and Marketing. You'll provide day-to-day support across the business, helping to keep the business running smoothly while gaining valuable commercial experience in a fast-paced, growing company.
As you'll be supporting our Sales team and communicating with customers on a regular basis, we're looking for someone who enjoys building positive relationships, delivers excellent customer service and has a genuine interest in our products and brand. While this is not a dedicated graduate programme, we welcome applications from experienced administrators as well as recent graduates who can demonstrate the practical skills, professionalism and initiative needed to succeed in a busy environment. Relevant experience may have been gained through placements, internships, part-time employment, university projects, volunteering or leadership roles alongside your studies.
This position does not qualify for visa sponsorship, including for applicants currently on a Graduate Visa. As the role may become permanent as the business grows, it does not meet the current eligibility requirements for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route. Applicants must therefore have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.
The Role
You will play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business, working across a wide variety of administrative and operational tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent organisational skills. As you will regularly communicate with customers and colleagues, strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders received via email, telephone, customer portals, and trade shows
- Provide B2B customer service via telephone and email, handling enquiries relating to damages, order queries, parcel tracking, and general support
- Coordinate UK dispatch processes
- Manage marketplace platforms such as Faire and Creoate, responding to customer enquiries, processing orders and maintaining product listings
- Coordinate samples, sales representative kits and trade show materials
- Maintain compliance documentation
- Maintain the product database and product matrix, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date
- Prepare and update key account line sheets
- Support the Finance team with credit control activities
- Provide general administrative support across the business
- Assist with ad hoc projects to support the wider Operations and Sales team

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoys supporting a variety of business functions. You'll be proactive, adaptable and willing to get involved wherever support is needed while developing valuable experience within a growing business.

Ideal Background
We welcome applications from recent graduates with strong academic results in Business, Operations, Logistics, Management, Retail Management or related disciplines. We also encourage applications from graduates in other subjects who have gained relevant administrative, operational or customer-facing experience. Candidates with equivalent administrative experience are also welcome to apply. We're particularly interested in applicants who can demonstrate:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Confidence using spreadsheets, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Experience gained through internships, placements, part-time employment, university projects, student societies, volunteering or customer-facing roles
- A genuine interest in working for a Bristol-based design and manufacturing business.

Location & Availability
As this is an office based role in Bristol with an immediate business need, priority will be given to candidates who are already based in Bristol and are available to commence employment within four weeks.
