Our Deli Team are looking for highly motivated individuals, with positive "Can Do" attitudes to join their team!! The shop is quick paced, buzzy, and a great example of the food retail sector.
Our current team provide exemplary customer service, fantastic homemade produce and a strong team ethos. Crouch Butchers are not only known for their quality meat, but also renowned for their handmade pies, quiches, cakes, locally sourced ranges and so much more!
The Deli Assistant roles at Crouch Butchers involve:
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Pro-actively sell products across the delicatessen to assist with achieving company sales targets
- A variety of ad hoc tasks throughout your shift around serving customer such as stock rotation, cleaning, prepping food items, refilling shelf displays, sweeping the front of the shop etc
- Prepare counter displays
- Cleaning counters and closing the shop down
- Preparation of delicatessen produce
- Working as part of our dedicated team
A back ground in the service industry would be beneficial however attitude is more important as full training will be given.
Please note that the role requires you to be on your feet for the entirety of the shift (with the exception of your break time)
The successful applicants will have set hours (but at times would need to be flexible to assist with covering holiday within the team and seasonality).
Crouch Butchers provide standard holiday entitlements, training, company uniform and pension scheme.
