Cleaning Operative (Two School Sites) – 30 Hours Per Week
Location: Frizington
Hours: 30 per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
- 6:00am – 8:00am
- 4:00pm – 8:00pm
We are looking for a reliable and committed Cleaning Operative to work across two school environments in the Frizington area. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety for pupils, staff and visitors.
Key Duties
- Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets and communal areas
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and wiping surfaces
- Emptying bins and replenishing consumables
- Following daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and infection control
- Reporting hazards, issues or maintenance needs
- Travelling between two school sites as required
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS paid for by employer
- Ability to work independently across two sites
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Safeguarding awareness (training will be provided)
