Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team and oversee all aspects of human resources within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of HR systems and data analysis. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Manage recruitment processes using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and PeopleSoft.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training programmes, and performance management systems.
- Maintain and optimise HRIS platforms like Workday to ensure accurate employee data management.
- Supervise HR team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, improve HR policies, and enhance workforce planning.
- Lead employee relations efforts, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on HR initiatives to senior management and staff.
- Manage HR compliance documentation and reporting requirements.
Skills
- Extensive experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Taleo.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including Taleo and other recruitment platforms.
- Proven management and supervising experience within a human resources context.
- Strong understanding of human resources principles, employment law, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics effectively for strategic decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
