Due to continued expansion we are looking to appoint an experienced block manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties across Lisburn, Portadown, Fermanagh, Mid Ulster and Tyrone.

As this is being advertised as a senior managers position, experience within block management is essential.
Core Responsibilities
Undertake quarterly site inspections and record, action and instigate repairs through a network of contractors.
Answer emails, calls from directors, contractors, owners and residents
Manage all planned and reactive maintenance.
Develop solid working relationships with directors of your blocks and Estates.
Ensure all records in relation to the block are accurately kept up to date
Work collaboratively with colleagues and contractors
Carry out any other task reasonably asked off you.
You’ll work with a colleagues helping residents to get full enjoyment from their home. You’ll make sure all planned and reactive maintenance is completed to a high standard. You’ll manage any ongoing issues and you’ll generally ensure the smooth running of the block.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of all customer service activities relating to their portfolio of multi-unit residential property management companies.
Developing and Implementing service charge budgeting for the portfolio.
Developing an AGM calendar for portfolio and be responsible for AGM attendance (evening attendance), Quarterly or ad hoc Meetings and implementation of all associated action points arising from meeting.
Management of all company secretarial matters for portfolio via instructions through the back end team.
Developing, implementing, and reviewing all activities relating to the planned and un-planned facilities management of the portfolio

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
