We are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder Fabricator to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Kidderminster. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role with consistent overtime and excellent rates of pay.
Pay & Overtime
Basic Rate: £25.00 per hour
40-hour standard working week
Overtime paid at 1.3x, 1.5x and 2x your hourly rate, depending on hours worked.
The Role

Working within a busy fabrication workshop, your duties will include:

MIG welding mild steel to a high standard.

Fabricating components from engineering drawings.

Measuring, marking out, cutting and assembling fabricated steelwork.

Using workshop machinery and fabrication equipment safely.

Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.

Working both independently and as part of an experienced fabrication team.

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Requirements

Proven experience as a MIG Welder Fabricator.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Competent using fabrication tools and workshop equipment.

Own air-fed welding mask is essential.

Own safety boots and standard PPE.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
