Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you’ll process and quote orders, respond to enquiries, provide product and technical advice and recommend the right solutions. You’ll also build strong customer relationships, identify sales opportunities and work closely with our external sales team.

Duties
- Process customer orders and prepare accurate quotations.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide product and technical advice.
- Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to develop relationships and generate further business.
- Work closely with the external sales team to support customer requirements and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records and ensure orders are processed correctly and on time.
Skills & Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Confident telephone manner and a proactive approach.
- Comfortable identifying sales opportunities and recommending products.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience within a manufacturing, engineering or technical environment would be advantageous.

You’ll be a proactive, customer-focused individual who enjoys building strong relationships and finding the right solutions for customers. You’ll be confident communicating by phone, organised and detail-oriented, with the initiative to identify opportunities and get things done.
You’ll be supported by a collaborative team who will help you develop your product knowledge, customer service and sales skills while working together to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Hours & Benefits
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- 8:30am–5:30pm Monday to Thursday, with a 4:30pm finish on Fridays.
