A rare opportunity to join our small, professional and friendly team at Sensoria as a Beauty Therapist. You will deliver expert Dermalogica skincare and beauty treatments to our wonderful clientele. Your passion for the role, combined with outstanding customer service and communication skills, will help create an experiences that keep clients returning. This position offers an opportunity to grow your skills in a well-established, professional and friendly environment, have a fixed rota with either full or part time hours depending on skill set and experience, have a position that provides a good work-life balance and the option of salon management training. Fixed basic pay with good commission structures.
Duties
- Perform professional beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicure, pedicure, eye treatments and massage, with precision and care
- Provide personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable services and homecare products
- Create a warm and welcoming experience for our client base.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas following health regulations and salon guidelines
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance service quality
Requirements
- Proven experience in skincare, and beauty treatments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with clients
- Excellent communication skills in English to clearly explain treatments, recommendations and speak to clients on the telephone
- Ability to work flexibly within commercially acceptable treatment timings while maintaining attention to detail
- A professional attitude with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
- Certification or training in beauty therapy is mandatory
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay current with industry trends
