Deputy Manager - Children’s Homes and Supported Accommodation
We’re looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to lead, inspire, and support our teams across Children’s Homes and Supported Accommodation, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and positive outcomes.
You’ll work alongside the Registered Manager, championing best practices, driving continuous improvement, and building strong partnerships with key agencies in education, health, and policing.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, with a strong leadership presence and a deep understanding of safeguarding, relational practice, and regulatory frameworks.
Working Pattern
This role includes:

Participation in the management on-call rota.
- Regular evening and weekend working as part of a planned rota.
- Flexibility to respond to the needs of children, the home and the wider service when required.
