As an Optical Assistant, you will deliver a great experience to all of the customers by listening to what they want, explaining our offers and products. You will eventually learn to dispense at all levels and understand the clinic needs of the business. You will work to NHS guidelines that meet our high standard, give good clear advice whilst making a positive and lasting impression.

What we’re looking for?

- Passion for providing excellent customer service and making customers’ lives easier

- Confidence in using IT systems
- Excellent communication and listening skills

- Able to receive feedback and be open to development, knowing we’ll be there to support and guide you throughout your process (with your openness and our guidance, your opportunities will be endless).
