Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across caravan parks and leisure facilities
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards
- Lead hospitality, housekeeping, maintenance, and front office teams
- Manage operational budgets, staffing, and performance targets
- Maintain health, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Develop initiatives to improve occupancy, customer satisfaction, and profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in hospitality or leisure operations management
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and operational planning skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Knowledge of UK hospitality regulations and H&S standards
