We’re looking for a Health Insurance Adviser to join our team and help clients find the right cover for their individual needs.
If you have experience in the Health Insurance industry, are commercially minded and genuinely interested in helping clients protect themselves and their families, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role:
As a Health Insurance adviser, you’ll be responsible for guiding clients through their private medical insurance options, understanding what is important to them and recommending appropriate solutions.
You will be speaking with clients over the phone, building rapport, asking the right questions and making what can sometimes feel like a complicated product, easy to understand.
You’ll be expected to combine great customer service with strong sales performance, ensuring clients receive the right advice while also achieving your own individual targets and contributing to team targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising new and existing clients about their private medical insurance requirements
- Conducting thorough fact finds to understand clients circumstances, needs and priorities
- Providing clear and compliant advice on PMI products and options
- Comparing suitable policies and explaining the differences between providers and levels of cover
- Clearly explaining policy benefits, exclusions, excesses, underwriting and key terms
- Building trust and rapport with clients over the telephone
- Maintaining accurate and compliant records of all client interactions
- Keeping your product knowledge up to date
About you:
- Experience within Health Insurance is essential.
- Can identify a clients needs rather than just selling a product
- Able to provide comprehensive, advice led review and recommendations, ensuring these are tailored to client needs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
- Motivated, ambitious, and committed to professional development
- Be able to work collaboratively through best shared practice
- Ability to speak with high networth individuals
- Commercially minded
