Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain an organised stock of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
- Engage with clients or customers courteously, addressing any questions or concerns regarding cleanliness.
- Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- A valid driving licence is desirable for travel between locations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
