We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator to join the team at our Edward Byrne Dental Practice.

The ideal candidate is someone who is GDC Registered (allowing you to take intra-oral scans and photographs) although you don't need previous TCO experience.
We would want someone who considers themselves to be 'a people person', or maybe your friends would describe you as 'warm and friendly'.
Primary Objectives
To deliver an amazing patient journey within the practice.
- Be an ambassador for the practice with both new and existing patients.
- To strive for growth in patient numbers and financial revenue for the practice.
- To provide a positive energy and ensure positivity flows through the practice.
- Coordinate patient treatment plans, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout the process.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to create a welcoming and positive patient experience.
- Manage administrative duties, including scheduling, patient follow-ups, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and support for patient care.

Pay: From £13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
