Experienced Front of House Team Member (Part-Time)
Bean & Grape is looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Front of House Team Members to join our busy team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities
- Provide warm, friendly and professional service to every customer.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using our EPOS system.
- Serve food, coffee, cocktails, wine and other beverages to a consistently high standard.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menus, daily specials and drinks offering.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including barista coffee.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring all areas are clean, organised and ready for service.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant, café and bar.
- Process customer payments accurately.
- Work closely with the kitchen and wider team to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Uphold Bean & Grape's high standards of hospitality and presentation at all times.
Requirements
- Previous front of house experience in a busy café, restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive, friendly and professional attitude.
- The ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods.
- Flexibility to work a mixture of weekdays, evenings and weekends.
- Barista or bar experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
