Sales Executive – No Experience Required
We’re expanding our sales operation in Cardiff and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the team. This opportunity involves representing established client campaigns and connecting with customers directly within local communities.
The position is focused on face-to-face, door-to-door sales across residential areas in Cardiff and surrounding locations. No previous sales experience is needed, as training and continued support will be provided.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Visit customers at their homes within allocated residential territories.
- Introduce customers to the products, services and campaigns you are representing.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.
- Work towards individual performance goals and wider team targets.
- Take part in daily coaching, training and team meetings at the Cardiff office before heading out to your assigned area.
Who We’re Looking For
- Friendly and confident when speaking with people face-to-face.
- Motivated, dependable and willing to develop new skills.
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
- Open to regular coaching and feedback.
- Previous experience in sales is not essential.
- You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
Training & Progression

Position Details
- This is a self-employed opportunity.
- Earnings are uncapped and commission-based, with payments made weekly.
- A minimum commitment of 4 full working days per week is required, with availability between Monday and Saturday.
- Daily attendance at the Cardiff-based office is required before travelling to designated residential areas.
