We’re currently looking for an excellent chef de Partie to join our team in a friendly, 2 rosette pub with 11 bedrooms. We do have accommodation available for the successful candidate. The pub has a great reputation, with many friendly regular customers, very busy, with a gorgeous garden .
We are looking for a hardworking, committed chef that is clean and tidy to take an exciting opportunity to lead our recently refurbished kitchen.
We offer a great salary, based on experience, plus share of tips which can be up to £700 per month in summer.
Our ideal Candidate will have:
-experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar style of gastro pub or equivalent restaurant.
-able to do high number of covers
