Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Head of Operations to lead and optimize our operational functions. This pivotal role involves overseeing project execution, managing teams, and driving efficiency across all operational activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, supervisory experience, and a passion for managing complex projects with precision and enthusiasm.
Duties
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance project delivery and overall company performance
- Lead, supervise, and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence and meet project deadlines
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and workflow management to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality assurance protocols
- Collaborate with senior management to set goals, track progress, and continuously improve processes
- Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to optimize costs without compromising quality
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth

- Proven supervising experience in operations or project management roles

Pay: £50,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
