We’re looking for a creative, driven, and forward-thinking Marketing & Events Executive to join the founding team behind FANPARK and Matchday Collective, one of the UK’s leading fan experience platforms and its growing fashion & culture brand.
This is a voluntary role and a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while helping shape two exciting brands from the ground up. Sitting at the intersection of football, fashion, and culture, you’ll be involved across both marketing and live events.
You’ll help bring ideas to life both online and in the real world, supporting campaigns, building audiences, and delivering unforgettable FANPARK activations across the UK and Europe.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms
- Create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and other channels
- Support the delivery of FANPARK activations and live events across the UK and Europe
- Help grow and engage the FANPARK and Matchday Collective communities
- Work on product drops, collaborations, and brand launches
- Assist with event planning, logistics, and on-the-ground delivery
- Collaborate closely with the founding team on brand direction and growth
What We’re Looking For:
- A marketing, events, or business student/recent graduate with a proactive mindset
- A passion for football, live events, and fan culture
- Someone who understands how to engage audiences both online and in-person
- A self-starter who’s organised, energetic, and ready to get stuck in
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using social media platforms and content tools
- A creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and isn’t afraid to try new things
