We are seeking a dynamic and creative Property Photographer and Media Assistant to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties using professional camera equipment, ensuring each shot highlights the property's best features.
- Edit photos and videos with precision using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Adobe Premiere, and Final Cut Pro to create polished content that aligns with brand standards.
- Manage social media platforms by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing engagement metrics to optimize content strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling visual content for online listings, virtual tours, and promotional materials.
- Maintain an organized library of media assets for easy access and future use.
- Assist in creating engaging multimedia content that supports property marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Stay updated on current photography trends and media production techniques to continually enhance content quality.
- Using a drone for aerial photos and videos
Desirable
- Proven experience in photography, photo editing, or media production; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere), Capture One, Final Cut Pro is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera operation for capturing appealing property images.
- Knowledge of social media management tools and strategies for maximizing audience engagement.
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects effectively.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.
- A portfolio showcasing your photography and media work is preferred.
- Own equipment preferred
No professional experience strictly necessary just a passion and demonstrable ability for photography and media editing.
Individual will need to be able to drive to and from properties for photography. Editing can be done remotely.
