We Are Hiring Across Senior Leadership
We are currently recruiting for talented, experienced individuals to join our team in the following high-impact roles:
- General Managers: You own the P&L, the culture, and the reputation of the venue. You are a commercial powerhouse and a leader who inspires your team to greatness while ruthlessly driving mid-week trade and local sales pushes.
- Assistant Managers: You are the operational backbone of the site and the GM's right hand. You are an aspiring leader who understands how to manage shifts effortlessly, drive wet and dry sales, control labor costs, and ensure the venue's vibe and standards are consistently immaculate.
- Head Chefs / Kitchen Operators: You are the culinary engine room and a margin master. We are looking for Head Chefs who care about GP targets, stock control, and team development just as much as they care about food quality and seasonal flair.

- Nurture and Develop Talent: You are dedicated to building capability. You know how to train site teams, mentor junior staff, and develop the next generation of leaders to build a robust internal talent pipeline.
- Protect the Brand Identity: Whether managing a high-volume shift or a venue’s local charm, you know how to maintain consistent, high-quality standards without losing the hyper-local personality of the site.
