Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, The Head of Supply Chain is responsible for ensuring supply chain sustainability, cost optimisation, and alignment with long-term business strategy.
About You!

You should have extensive experience in supply chain management, including leadership roles overseeing procurement, logistics, and / or operations

Strong strategic thinking

Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
About the Role!

Lead the end-to-end supply chain, including stock control, forecasting, storeroom management, and reordering strategies

Lead initiatives to reduce stock obsolescence, improve stock accuracy, and enhance part flow to internal and external customers

Build resilient and standardised supply chain practices across all depots

Set the strategic direction for procurement, overseeing supplier relationships, contract negotiation, and Capex investment planning
-
Ensure that procurement activities support cost-effectiveness, supplier reliability, and risk mitigation across the business

Continuously improve procurement processes, systems, and performance metrics aligned to operational goals

Collaborate cross-functionally to align purchasing with asset and commercial strategy
