Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of treatments such as facials, laser hair removal and body therapies with precision and care
- Provide expert skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual client needs
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation throughout all treatments
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, active listening, and clear communication
- Maintain detailed online records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference
- Stay updated on the latest techniques and product innovations to ensure top-quality service delivery
Experience
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist Level 4 or similar role within a reputable salon or spa environment
- Demonstrated expertise in skincare treatments, laser hair removal and body therapies
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively engage with diverse clients
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service that fosters client loyalty and positive reviews
- Knowledge of the latest health and safety regulations relevant to beauty therapy practices
- Previous experience in delivering personalized consultations and tailored treatment plans is highly desirable
