Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly following established recipes and standards
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage areas
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Help with serving food to guests or customers in a courteous and efficient manner
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies and ingredients as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Skills
- Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of food preparation and meal assembly techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service
