We are seeking experienced Freelance Business Development Consultant /(Employer Engagement Consultants) to help introduce new employers to participate in our apprenticeship programmes.

What You'll Earn
You will receive £400 for each apprentice who is successfully enrolled and starts one of our apprenticeship programmes with an employer you introduce.
For an apprentice to be considered successfully enrolled, you must:
- Complete all required apprenticeship paperwork accurately and in full, in compliance with the Department for Education (DfE) apprenticeship requirements.
- Submit all completed documentation to the college by the required deadlines.
The apprentice's official start date is the first day they begin their training with the college. Payment of the £400 will only be made once the apprentice has successfully enrolled and started their apprenticeship programme, and is subject to compliance with the college's Purchase Order (PO) process.
Requirements
To be considered, you should be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in employer engagement, business development, sales, employer partnerships, or a similar role.
- A successful track record of introducing employers and generating apprenticeship opportunities or comparable workforce development outcomes.
- Evidence of achieving similar results through freelance, consultancy, or employed roles.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Earning Potential
If you consistently introduce new employers and achieve an average of 12 apprentice enrolments per month, you could earn approximately £57,600 per year.
Actual earnings will depend on the number of successful apprentice enrolments generated.
