Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to alcohol service regulations
- Manage cash register transactions efficiently while providing excellent customer service
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and address any concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours and special events
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Ability to serve guests professionally while managing multiple orders simultaneously
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
