we are looking for a experienced kitchen porter to support the chefs day to day, you will be responsible for ensuring the kitchen is clean and tidy throughout the day and ensuring the pots and plates are clean, you will be trained on preperation tasks as pizza dough rolling and prepping chips
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen cleaning to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff in daily operations.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and well-maintained.
- Manage waste disposal efficiently.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Help with stock organization and storage.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
- Perform any additional duties as required to support the kitchen team.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in kitchens is an advantage.
