Cafe Camelia is an independent artisan café and bakery in the heart of Oxford, offering freshly prepared breakfasts, brunch, premium coffee, pastries, and handmade sandwiches. We are looking for a passionate, organised, and energetic Breakfast Chef who enjoys creating beautiful food and working as part of a friendly team.

Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of freshly made British, Turkish, Italian, and French-style breakfasts and brunch dishes.
- Cook and present every dish to a consistently high standard.
- Prepare fresh sandwiches after the breakfast service for our daytime customers.
- Bake and present our daily selection of croissants, börek, pastries, and other baked items each morning.
- Maintain excellent food presentation and portion control.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and well stocked throughout the day.
- Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to provide excellent customer service.
- Support the team during busy periods and help ensure smooth daily operations.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef, Cook, or Café Kitchen Assistant.
- Passion for fresh food and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy breakfast and brunch service.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when required.
